CrossPoint Staff
CrossPoint is a church led by a group of dedicated and caring people. Pastor Wade Estes has been our senior pastor since 1991, and has been in ministry here since 1980. He is supported by a diverse staff of associate pastors and ministry directors. There are former business leaders, a nurse, educators, a former NBA player, all of whom have answered God's call on their lives to serve you full time. They're regular people, just like you.
It is the passion of this staff to serve you. You can call on them any time.

Tom La Core Children's Ministries Membership
Tom's been a part of our church since 1970, the year he placed his faith in Jesus at age 20! After marrying, he and his wife have served each year in the children's ministry while leading in various adult ministries. At age 45, he served on the Board of Deacons and was clearly called by God to shift ministry service from adults to "tweenage" boys. After experiencing great joy and fruit leading children for five years, he left the business world and came on staff as the Children's Pastor. His love of children and commitment to their spiritual well-being is evident as he leads Kid Country. Paul Zeek Connections
Paul loves the Lord, his family and the church. On staff since 1988, he has enjoyed leading junior high, high school, college, singles and adults. He's even led worship a few times. While he still has his hand in a number of ministries, as Connections Pastor his passion is to see people first connect with God and then connect with others. Thinking “outside the box” and applying creativity to ministry situations is another of Paul’s strengths. He feels no problem or hurdle is too big, especially when people work together. Paul and Terriann have three daughters who actively serve at the church; Tori, Verity and Taryn with her husband, Jon. They also have a chocolate brown Labradoodle.
